6th Micro-Nano Technology Symposium
The 6th Micro-Nano Technology Symposium took place from October 20th to 22th in Matsue, Shimane. The goal of this conference is that the micro-nano technologies contribute to the achievement of economic and social development.
Conference topics include medical engineering, MEMS process, heat and mass transfer, and so on. In this conference, many high-quality original researches were presented in various academic fields. It was good experience for me to acquire new knowledge.
